Payment is required in full at the time the order is placed. Materials will be ordered for your item once payment is received.
Returns for in stock items will be accepted within 1 week of the item being received by the Buyer. The item must be in new, unused & undamaged condition. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Unfortunately, returns are not available for custom orders.
If you are ordering a browband, it is important to measure & confirm the browband size that you need.
First repair is free of charge if a stone is lost on a rhinestone browband during typical use. If the damage was caused by not properly caring for the browband and extensive damage has been done, I charge a $25 fee per hour plus materials to repair.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee & I will cover the cost to ship it back to you after the repair has been completed.
